Flight training deserves a better system.

Waypoint began with a simple observation: some of the most important information in flight training is often scattered across different tools, records, conversations, and memory. Waypoint is being built to connect that information into one clear training picture.

The founder

Engineering thinking. Aviation purpose.

Victor Nazario is an aerospace and mechanical engineer and instrument-rated private pilot who founded Waypoint after recognizing a familiar systems problem inside flight training: the information needed to make good instructional decisions was often distributed across disconnected places.

What would flight training look like if the entire training process were designed as one connected system?

That question became Waypoint. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering, has approximately 290 hours of flight experience, and has worked in aerospace and manufacturing engineering environments. He is also the founder of Precisely Engineered LLC.
